Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie treats with a chocolate butterscotch spread 
Course: Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup karo syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chip
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Method
 

  1. Melt sugar, karo syrup, and peanut butter in a large pot. Once melted, stir in Rice Krispies, one cup at a time. Spread out in a greased cookie sheet. In a bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter scotch chips. Spread over the Rice Krispie mixture. Cool in the refrigerator. Serve when solid.
