A Dwelling of Love From a Welling Who’s Loved

January 7 – 13. Matthew 1; Luke 1

This week’s reading according to Come, Follow Me for Individuals and Families is Matthew 1; Luke 1. In our Latter Day Parables this week, Auggie learns about the scripture, Luke 1:37 which is: “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” He chooses to memorize it. Throughout the week, work with your family to memorize this short and sweet scripture to remember that God works mighty miracles. Have you had any experiences in your life that “seemed impossible” but you recognized it was God’s hand? Share with your family your own personal experiences or stories from the scriptures.

What you need:

  1. Mom, Auggie, and TV cut-outs. Print out, color, cut, and laminate the cut outs to give the story a visual. Provided below is a PDF copy of the TV. If you haven’t already printed out the Latter Day Parables Family yet, there’s a link below for that as well. Store your cut outs in a Come, Follow Me 2019 Binder for future use.
  2. “With God, Nothing is Impossible” story. You can print out either the Word or PDF document below to tell the story.
