Finally! It’s March! That means springtime!! Don’t get me wrong, there’s something whimsical about snow, but after 3 months of it, you want to decorate your home with more greenery!
My tiered tray has repurposed chapter books that I found at my local library. The library was getting rid of these books for free, so I grabbed several and ripped off the covers and bound them with twine. I have chapter books on my tiered tray and next to it. The vase and plant were just a littleeee bit too short, so to add some texture and height, I put the plant on top of chapter books! It looks SO much better!
Also on my tiered tray is a frame I got for 75% off at Hobby Lobby! Don’t you just love those kind of sales? This one is shaped like a tag and is the perfect size for a tiered tray. Not only that, but you can switch out holiday shapes and silhouettes in the frame! This month, I added water color clovers to the frame!
Another fun piece of decor I added to my tiered tray is a gnome! If you haven’t added a gnome to your tiered tray yet like me, a gnome for St. Patrick’s day decor is the best way to go! I made mine by hand. You can find several different tutorials online to make one for cheap yourself! My daughter named this one Hulk. Haha!
I hope your March is full of sunshine and excitement! Happy decorating!
