3 Ingredient Bacon Spaghetti
Bacon Spaghetti. Spaghetti with bacon. Yum. This recipe has been in the family for years. My great-grandma made it for my grandpa, my grandpa made it for my mom, my mom made it for me, and now I’m sharing it with you! In fact, when I was in college, this was the very first meal I made my husband (then boyfriend). Unfortunately, since this was one of the first meals I ever cooked on my own, I burned the bacon and smoked up the whole dorm room apartment. Regardless, my husband absolutely loves bacon spaghetti and asks me to make it for guests (although I think it’s a little informal for guests). I hope you enjoy this wonderful and easy meal!”
3 Ingredient Bacon Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (about 6-8 slices) bacon cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 10.75 can tomato soup
- 4 servings spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Cut bacon into bite sized pieces and cook on medium heat in a skillet. At the same time, bring water to boil in another pot. Once boiling, add spaghetti to pot. When bacon is cooked, drain grease, but leave a tablespoon of grease in the skillet. Add tomato soup to the skillet- watch out for splatters! Add garlic salt. When spaghetti is ready, drain water and add to skillet. Stir all together. Season with more garlic salt if desired.
